Winter Recitals Wallingford returns for a sixth season!

Pianist Anita D’Attellis presents four evening recitals, with one concert giving a platform to talented young performers. Since it began in 2018, the Winter Recitals series has raised over £16,000 for charity.
WRW24 will be raising funds for St. Mary’s Roof Appeal Fund and Sue Ryder.

Do come and join us for music-making of the highest calibre, performed in the warm, atmospheric setting of St. Mary’s Church. All recitals start at 7:30pm.

Talented young musicians take centre stage

Hannah will be playing pieces by Itturalde and John Williams
Queen Anne’s School will provide the remainder of the programme, including piano works by Mozart, Beethoven and Ginastera, the ever-popular Bruch violin concerto, and York Bowen’s romantic flute sonata. There are some beautiful pieces by Brahms and Clara Schumann, as well as an energetic piano trio by the Bohemian composer Smetana.
